Students at the New York Institute of Photography not only receive the highest quality course materials, each one also gets a professional photographer that evaluates their photos and offers them advice on improving their skills and succeeding in the field.
In the world of photography, sometimes the best way to improve and find success in the field is to have someone to guide you. Someone you can trust, who’s already doing what you want to do, who can show you the way.
At the New York Institute of Photography, we know that. That’s why each and every one of our students is assigned a teacher who is a licensed professional photographer there to make you better.
No matter what course you enroll in (we have three great ones), you will complete a series of photo projects to test your skills and knowledge of the material being taught. Those projects are sent in for evaluation. That’s where your teacher comes in. They review the photos, and record their evaluation and comments for you to listen to when your project is returned.
Our experts look at your photos and suggest ways that you can make them better. In addition to that, they will guide you and coach you throughout the course, helping you to set goals and reach them. Since your teacher will stay with you throughout the Course, they will get to see firsthand just how much you improve over time.
It’s like having your own personal mentor, one whose job it is to make you a better photographer. And they’re damn good at their jobs.
